Job Description
We are seeking a Head of SL BOS for UAE and Bahrain to lead strategy, operations, and sales for our Service Line and Business Operations Support across both markets. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive revenue growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and build key client relationships. Minimum 8+ years in regional leadership, strong P&L, project management, and stakeholder engagement experience required. Fluency in English, cultural awareness of Gulf markets, and willingness to travel. Results-driven leader with excellent communication and analytical skills.
