Job Description

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including implementing HR strategies and policies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment, training, and retention initiatives, and conducting exit interviews. You will lead HR operations including recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and employee development. You will ensure compliance with labor regulations and manage all employee relations issues.

Must Have:

• Experience in leading HR operations including recruitment, performance management, and employee development specifically within a software house or IT company.
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in a software house environment (compulsory).
• Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate HR strategies, including designing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong ability to address employee relations issues and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
• Up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of HR Management experience in an IT-related firm (compulsory).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM.
