Job Description
Provox Global Solutions is seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI development, especially with Dialogflow CX / ES and CCAI. Responsibilities include designing conversational agents, optimizing customer interactions, and backend development using Node.js, API management, and cloud solutions via GCP.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, 5+ years in software development, proficiency in Dialogflow, Node.js, SQL, and JavaScript.
