Job Description
We seek a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to manage daily operations, client communications, and document workflows. Basic accounting knowledge is advantageous.
- Responsibilities: Respond to client inquiries, manage emails, draft professional correspondence, maintain digital and physical files, prepare and proofread documents, and support simple bookkeeping tasks when needed.
- Qualifications: Excellent English communication, proficiency with Word/Excel or Google Docs/Sheets, familiarity with Gmail/Outlook and project tools, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion. Urdu proficiency and experience with QuickBooks are a plus.
- Details: Full-time, internship, or entry-level; Islamabad preferred; in-person. Salary Rs25,00–Rs30,00/month. Can you join immediately?
