Job Description
Walkeaze Pakistan seeks a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and implement customer-attraction strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating sales processes, orders and payments; supervising, motivating and coaching sales staff; monitoring budgets and inventory; tracking business objectives; preparing revenue and expense reports; and assisting with store closing.
Requirements: age 25–35; secondary diploma to bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum one year of retail experience preferred. This is a full-time, in-person role. Candidates must be reliable, customer-focused, and able to lead a team to achieve sales targets. Monthly salary starts at Rs45,00.
