Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead AP operations, ensure timely vendor payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage and coach AP staff; review and approve invoices and disbursements.
- Reconcile accounts, oversee month-end close activities, and enforce internal controls.
- Drive process improvements and optimize workflow using ERP systems.
- Prepare reports and communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, minimum 3 years in accounts payable with supervisory experience, advanced Excel and ERP proficiency, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
