Job Description
Tech Bridge Consultancy is seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative for a US-based janitorial services campaign in Gulberg, Lahore. This is a full-time, onsite position (Mon–Fri), night shift 7:00 PM–4:00 AM. Salary up to PKR 40,00 plus commission.
- Responsibilities: Provide phone, email, and chat support; conduct B2B and cold calls; generate leads; schedule appointments; maintain records; perform timely follow-up.
- Requirements: Strong verbal and written English, customer-first attitude, problem-solving skills, availability for night shifts, teamwork, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
