Job Description

Designs Tech is hiring professional Chat Support Agents for day and night shifts in Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 8. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries via live chat, resolving issues promptly, meeting daily chat targets, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

• Requirements: Excellent English communication, strong problem-solving skills; additional languages are a plus.
