Job Description

We are seeking a professional Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, process orders (manual/ERP), coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch, and resolve complaints. The role includes providing accurate product, pricing, and delivery information; supporting the sales team with records, quotations, and reports; coordinating samples; and collecting market feedback.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s from a reputable Karachi university, fluent in English and Urdu, strong interpersonal skills, MS Office proficiency, manufacturing customer-service experience preferred, ability to multitask and commute independently, and comfortable in modest attire (burqa/abaya).
