Job Description
HR Force International is seeking an Accounts and Finance Associate to support BPro Hubs. The role maintains accurate financial records, executes month- and year-end closings, and prepares journal entries.
- Key duties: bank and vendor reconciliations, AR/AP management, audit support, and identifying process improvements.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; 0–6 months relevant experience.
- Skills: strong Excel ability, familiarity with ERP systems (QuickBooks, Odoo), analytical mindset, attention to detail, clear communication, and a willingness to learn.
