Job Description
Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7 PM–4 AM PST (onsite).
- Lead US healthcare operations to meet TATs, achieve 98%+ accuracy and 90%+ client satisfaction.
- Optimize workflows, coordinate clinics, manage staffing, insurance and patient onboarding, and deliver performance reports.

- Requirements: 5–7 years in operations (BPO/US healthcare preferred), 2–3 years in leadership, strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, healthcare CRMs and reporting tools.
