Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our Home Health Care team. The successful candidate will manage all financial functions, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and fiscal integrity.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve financial processes
- Provide insightful analysis to support strategic growth and decision-making
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with financial software. Prior experience in healthcare finance is preferred.
