Job Description
We are seeking a professional Inbound Sales Agent to manage customer inquiries, book freight, and coordinate dispatch between shippers and carriers. The successful candidate will deliver prompt, courteous support, qualify leads, negotiate rates, and maintain scheduling and tracking systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of trucking and dispatch procedures
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Customer-service orientation; prior dispatch or sales experience preferred
