Job Description

AK Graphic is seeking professional and motivated Call Center Agents for a night-shift position supporting an international campaign in Gulberg II, Lahore. Agents will manage inbound customer inquiries, initiate outbound follow-ups, and provide consistent, high-quality service.

• Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, place outbound calls with appropriate follow-up, and maintain accurate call records.
• Requirements: 1–2 months of call center experience (freshers encouraged), excellent English communication skills, and strong punctuality and attendance.
