Job Description

Zerritta Flowers seeks a professional, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Dolmen Mall Clifton store (full-time). The ideal candidate enjoys working with flowers, has an eye for creative arrangements, and thrives in a retail environment.

• Welcome and advise customers; recommend arrangements, gifts, and add-ons
• Create attractive displays and maintain sales-floor presentation
• Handle billing, orders, and inquiries (in-store & WhatsApp); coordinate with florists for timely preparation
• Ensure cleanliness, excellent service, and repeat business

Requirements: retail/sales experience preferred, strong communication, presentable and confident, weekend availability; basic MS Office & WhatsApp a plus.
