Job Description
Sehar Foods seeks a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee product inspections, detect and report defects, and coordinate corrective actions with production. Maintain precise QC records and SKU tracking, recommend and document process improvements, and assist in developing and implementing QA plans. Conduct daily quality rounds covering hygiene, packing, filling, and production to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal reporting, and collaborative problem-solving to drive continuous improvement and ensure consistent product quality.
