Job Description
Mars BPO is seeking motivated Lead Closing Executives to independently qualify leads, present solutions, overcome objections, and close sales. This full-time, in-person role accepts freshers and experienced candidates.
- Responsibilities: make outbound calls, verify customer information, present products, handle objections, close deals, and maintain accurate records.
- Requirements: strong verbal persuasion, confident, self-driven, target-oriented; sales or call center experience preferred; able to work with minimal supervision.
