Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide timely technical assistance to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with installations and upgrades, and support network operations to ensure system reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, peripheral, and application problems
- Perform system installations, updates, and routine maintenance
- Monitor and maintain network systems and security
- Collaborate with departments to ensure uninterrupted IT services
