Job Description

We seek an energetic, goal-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support sales operations, lead sales consultants, and drive property transactions. Responsibilities include assisting in sales strategy, supervising and motivating the team to exceed targets, managing client inquiries and property presentations, coordinating site visits, tracking leads and conversions in CRM, supporting promotional events, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, with 1–5 years’ sales experience (preferably in real estate), strong communication and negotiation skills, familiarity with the local market and regulations, proficiency in MS Office and CRM, and willingness to travel locally. Preferred: residential/commercial sales experience and a valid driver’s license with vehicle. Full-time, in-person. Salary: Rs40,00–Rs100,00 per month.
