Job Description
Asra Communication seeks a full-time, in-person Junior Female Floor Manager for our Online Quran Academy in Rawalpindi. Shift: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday–Friday. Responsibilities include overseeing daily floor operations; coordinating class schedules with teachers; monitoring staff performance and reporting to senior management; managing administrative tasks and attendance; training and supporting staff; resolving minor issues and escalating major concerns.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong English communication (written and verbal); basic management/administration experience preferred; willingness to work night shifts; ability to remain professional under pressure.
