Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Regional HR Manager to support HR operations across multiple sites. You will assist with talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, HR policy implementation, and ensure local compliance. In partnership with regional leaders, you will promote employee engagement, coordinate training programs, and contribute to workforce planning.
- Qualifications: 3+ years of HR experience, strong communication and analytical skills, knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Preferred: Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office; strong problem-solving skills, cultural sensitivity, and a hands-on approach to support a growing regional team.
