Job Description
We are seeking a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will oversee production planning, supervise teams, optimize processes, control budgets, and coordinate maintenance and inventory. Key duties include developing schedules, enforcing quality standards, implementing continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), training staff, and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, has 5+ years of production or manufacturing leadership, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and is proficient with production planning tools.
