Job Description

Bioniks.org seeks a Customer Support Representative to manage client and patient phone inquiries, provide timely professional support, and maintain accurate customer and patient records. The role includes registering new patients in the ERP portal, keeping records current, and staying informed on company products, services, and procedures to ensure accurate communication.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and a minimum of 2 years’ customer support experience.
• Benefits: Medical coverage, Provident Fund (PF), and performance bonus.
