Job Description
DINERS is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee store operations in Karachi. You will lead daily in-store activities, drive sales, coach and motivate staff, manage inventory and merchandising, analyze sales performance, coordinate promotions with Head Office, resolve customer concerns, ensure cash handling and policy compliance, and prepare performance reports.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business or Retail Management
- Experience: 3–5 years in retail (fashion preferred) with proven leadership
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management abilities
- Job Type: Full-time • Salary: Rs70,00–Rs90,00/month • Location: In person, Karachi
