Job Description
Call Cafe is hiring energetic, customer-focused International Inbound CSRs for full-time, in-house evening and night shifts (6 days/week) at Building No. 522, B‑Block, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, providing accurate product, pricing, and availability information, coordinating with internal teams, and performing data entry.
- Requirements: English fluency (minimum intermediate); night-shift availability; preferably up to 25 years old; female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Experience: 6 months–1 year customer service preferred; freshers welcome. Must demonstrate strong listening, multitasking, professional phone etiquette, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Compensation: Rs50,00–70,00 per month.
