Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Country Head of Restaurants to lead operations, growth, and profitability across our national portfolio. The successful candidate will set strategy, uphold brand standards, and develop high-performing teams to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
- Lead multi-site operations and own P&L performance
- Drive expansion planning, vendor and stakeholder management
- Implement cost controls, ensure compliance, and align marketing with operations to achieve targets
- Build and mentor leadership teams to sustain service and financial excellence
Requirements: 10+ years in food & beverage leadership with demonstrable commercial results, strong people-management and strategic planning skills, excellent communication, and a bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
