Job Description
We are seeking a Key Account Support Associate to manage order processing, client communication, and prompt issue resolution for strategic accounts. You will coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries, accurate invoicing, and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of customer service or account support experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
