Job Description
JazzCash seeks a seasoned Head of Internal Audit to lead a risk‑based audit program encompassing financial, operational, IT, and compliance audits. Reporting to the Audit Committee, you will design and strengthen control frameworks, coordinate with external auditors, and promote continuous improvement in governance and controls. You will build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing audit team and drive data‑driven insights to enhance risk management and fraud prevention.
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of audit experience in financial services or fintech
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent)
- Strong regulatory knowledge, data analytics, and ERP experience
- Proven leadership, communication skills, and record in fraud detection and control optimization
