Job Description
Samad Rubber Works (Pvt) Ltd seeks a Senior Assistant Manager, Sales & Recovery to lead closed-cell foam sales and recovery activities. The role requires capturing customer requirements, entering sales orders in SAP, generating leads, analyzing sales and market gaps, and coordinating with Production and R&D. The incumbent will negotiate and close deals, manage complaints and collections, represent the company at trade events, and act as the ISO 9001:2015 Management Representative.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing or MBA.
- Experience: 4–5 years in B2B sales/marketing and customer service.
- Skills: strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
