Job Description
Costa Coffee is hiring a professional full-time Barista in Karachi to provide exceptional customer service and high-quality beverages and light fare.
- Welcome guests, take orders, and prepare a range of drinks from basic to specialty beverages, plus soups, sandwiches, and pastries.
- Answer menu questions, make recommendations, process payments, and maintain a sanitary, organized workspace.
- Oversee basic inventory and routine equipment care, report or schedule repairs, and suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.
- Support efforts to attract new customers and assist with menu expansion initiatives.
Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month. In-person position; reliable commute or relocation to Karachi required.
