Job Description
Ingredion Incorporated seeks a Quality Assurance Lead to define and execute QA strategy and lead a high-performing team. The role includes designing test plans, implementing automated and manual testing, managing CI/CD test pipelines, mentoring engineers, establishing QA metrics, and enforcing release gates.
- Requirements: 5+ years in software QA with 2+ years in leadership.
- Proven automation experience (Selenium, Cypress, or similar), API and database testing, and CI tools.
- Strong communication skills and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; ISTQB certification is a plus.
