Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead strategic planning, campaign execution, and team development. The role requires ownership of integrated marketing plans across digital and offline channels, performance analysis, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI.
- Lead brand positioning, budget management, and coordination with sales, creative teams, and external vendors
- Oversee SEO/SEM, analytics, CRM, and other marketing tools to inform data-driven decisions
- Mentor team members and ensure timely, measurable campaign delivery
Qualifications: 5+ years of marketing experience; strong leadership and communication skills; bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
