Job Description
ABS International seeks full‑time, in‑person associates to work directly for our US HQ in Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal (Block 13‑C). Night shift: 6:00 PM–2:00 AM. This role is 100% non‑sales support, handling inbound and outbound communications using Salesforce and HubSpot. Promotions are internal.
- Compensation: PKR 40,00–50,00 base + performance incentives up to PKR 20,00+, PKR 3,00 attendance; reliable earners typically net PKR 65,00–75,00.
- Requirements: fluent English with a neutral/American accent (required); 6+ months international BPO/CSR preferred.
- Preferred: call center experience and willingness to work night shift.
