Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service and IT Officer to provide high-quality support and maintain IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing helpdesk tickets, diagnosing hardware and software issues, supporting basic network and server administration, performing routine backups and security updates, documenting incidents, and training end users. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to escalate complex problems and enhance service processes.
- Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Experience: At least 1 year in customer service or technical support
- Skills: Strong communication, troubleshooting, and time-management abilities; familiarity with Windows/Linux, basic networking, and helpdesk tools preferred
