Job Description
Talent Ibex seeks a Brand Designer to craft bold, culturally relevant brand narratives and lead visual direction across digital, social, motion, print, packaging, and experiential touchpoints. You will translate strategic briefs into high‑impact designs, maintain and evolve the brand system, present to stakeholders, manage multiple deadlines, and mentor junior designers. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, content, and employer branding teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in design
- 3+ years in brand design (agency or in‑house)
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Figma
- Standout portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, color, and motion
- Strong sensibility for Gen Z and internet culture
