Job Description
Thermosole Industries is seeking an experienced Corporate Secretary to ensure compliance with corporate law, maintain statutory records, prepare minutes for the Board and committees, support governance and regulatory matters, liaise with authorities and shareholders, draft, review and file official documents and reports, assist directors and senior management, and support audits. This is a full-time, on-site position open to both male and female candidates.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Experience: 5–8 years, banking corporate experience preferred
- Skills: corporate affairs and finance knowledge, computer literacy, strong written and spoken English, Microsoft Office proficiency
- Age: 40–50
- Salary: Rs200,00–Rs300,00 per month
