Job Description
Makaan Solutions seeks an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns for real estate. You will plan and optimize paid search, display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns to achieve quality leads within target CPLs, implement tracking (Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics), coordinate with sales, and enhance creatives and landing pages.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in real estate lead generation, proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, strong analytical skills.
- Preferred: Google/Meta certifications, CRM and marketing automation experience.
- Full-time, in-person role with competitive salary (Rs75,00–Rs120,00/month), monthly bonuses, and growth opportunities.
