Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success & Support Lead to establish and manage a high-performing team dedicated to customer satisfaction and retention. You will own onboarding, escalations, and strategic account relationships while defining processes, KPIs (CSAT, NPS), and reporting frameworks. Collaborate with Product and Sales to enhance the customer experience, mentor agents, and implement scalable support workflows.
- Lead and develop a results-driven support organization.
- Design metrics, dashboards, and escalation procedures.
- Drive cross-functional improvements and strategic account engagement.
- Requirements: 5+ years in customer success or support, proven SaaS leadership, excellent communication, analytical aptitude, and CRM proficiency.
