Job Description
5 Star Innovations seeks a full-time Customer Support Representative for the US market, based in Wapda Town, Lahore. Schedule: night shift, 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. Compensation: PKR 50,00–60,00/month.
Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, email and chat; resolving customer issues; maintaining CRM records; coordinating with internal teams; and meeting KPIs. Requirements: minimum 6 months’ experience serving US clients (1 year in tech/internet preferred), strong spoken and written English, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced night environment.
