Job Description
Mustang Eye seeks a full-time, entry-level Control Room Officer to handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, monitor system events, follow up with clients, and operate monitoring and ERP applications. The role requires delivering accurate service information and maintaining professional, timely communication.
- Requirements: strong written and verbal communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, attentiveness, sharpness, and a proactive attitude.
- Preferred: customer service or call center experience (banks, national/multinational firms, food delivery, or tracking services). Fresh graduates with excellent customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
- Compensation: Rs32,00–Rs38,00/month. Work location: on-site.
