Job Description
BLMS seeks a proactive Sales Development Executive to expand our U.S. healthcare outsourcing portfolio. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging U.S. clinics, private practices, and healthcare facilities through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking; building a qualified pipeline; preparing proposals, pitch decks, and pricing; supporting virtual demos and negotiations; maintaining CRM records (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot); and providing weekly activity and conversion reports.
Qualifications: 6–12 months in sales, business development, or account management within medical billing, SaaS, or healthcare services. Familiarity with U.S. RCM, Kareo/AdvancedMD/Athenahealth, HIPAA, strong communication skills, and CRM proficiency preferred. Full-time, on-site role. Salary: Rs50,00–Rs80,00/month.
