Job Description
Collab BPO is seeking a full-time, in-person Call Center Representative for the night shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM). Responsibilities include making outbound calls, presenting services persuasively, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. Candidates should be confident, articulate, and have strong spoken English (accent not critical). Call center or sales experience is advantageous but not required.
- Performance-based compensation: Rs60,00–Rs100,00/month
