Job Description
We seek a Project Officer (Enterprise Development) to advance SME growth and business incubation initiatives. The role will plan and implement enterprise programs, coordinate stakeholders, conduct market and feasibility research, monitor project progress, and prepare reports and training materials. The officer will ensure compliance with donor and organizational standards and support performance monitoring and evaluation.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management or economic development
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience with M&E, reporting, and MS Office
- Able to work effectively with diverse public and private partners
