Job Description
We seek an Associate Demand Planner to support accurate demand forecasting, optimize inventory, and ensure timely product availability. You will analyze sales and market data, collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply teams, and develop monthly and weekly forecasts. Maintain demand models, support S&OP processes, monitor key performance indicators, and identify risks and opportunities to improve fill rates and reduce excess stock.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or related field; 1–3 years in demand planning or forecasting.
- Skills: Advanced Excel, experience with ERP/forecasting tools, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.
- Preferred: Knowledge of SQL or Python.
