Job Description
The Citizens Foundation seeks a full-time, in-person Outreach Associate to manage donor relationships via phone and email, maintain donor records in Salesforce, and coordinate with teams across regional portfolios. Responsibilities include routing inquiries, updating databases, and supporting fundraising targets. The role requires handling high call volumes, learning call scripts quickly, and demonstrating excellent communication, active listening, problem-solving, and strong attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.
