Job Description
Inventive Research Group is seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive in Bahria Town, Lahore. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM. Candidates should have 1–2 years of HR experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Create job postings and screen resumes
- Schedule and conduct initial candidate calls
- Coordinate with departments and draft HR letters (offers, warnings, terminations)
- Maintain digital and physical HR records and assist onboarding
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and handle confidential information
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in HR preferred, strong communication, attention to detail, and discretion. Salary: Rs50,00–Rs60,00/month.
