Job Description
Residence 41 seeks an experienced Sales Agent based in Lahore. Candidate must have 3+ years selling high-rise, luxury, or mixed-use real estate in Lahore. This in-person role requires actively promoting and closing units with qualified buyers and investors, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, building and maintaining a local HNW client network, conducting property tours and presentations, collaborating with marketing and sales management, monitoring competitor pricing and market trends, and submitting regular sales reports.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills; consultative selling approach
- Professional, self-motivated, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Competitive base salary plus commissions and incentives (Rs100,00–Rs200,00/month)
