Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Internal Audit to lead the internal audit function, strengthen internal controls, manage enterprise risk, and ensure regulatory and financial compliance. Responsibilities include designing and executing the annual audit plan, assessing internal controls and financial reporting, coordinating with external auditors, and presenting findings and recommendations to executive management and the audit committee. The role requires 8+ years’ experience in internal audit or assurance, strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations, and a proven track record of building high‑performing teams. CPA or CIA preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, clear communication skills, and a commitment to driving process improvements and supporting robust corporate governance.
