Job Description

We are seeking a Shift Engineer to oversee plant operations, monitor equipment condition, and maintain safety and production standards during assigned rotating shifts.

• Operate and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems; perform routine inspections and document shift reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance and control room teams and enforce safety protocols.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in engineering, at least 2 years of industrial experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and availability for rotating day/night shifts. Relevant certifications are preferred. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.
