Job Description
Progatix seeks a Customer Support Executive to provide technical and functional support for our ERP suite. You will troubleshoot ERP issues, guide users on accounting, finance, and inventory modules, document and manage support tickets, coordinate with Development, QA, and Implementation teams, and conduct product demonstrations and user training.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field; 1–3 years in ERP or business software support; strong accounting knowledge.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking; proficient with MS Office and support ticket systems. Preferred: experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, basic SQL, and prior IT/software support.
